Returns Policy
We take pride in the quality of our bespoke cushions, and we are confident that you will love your purchase. We understand that occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may occur, and in such cases, we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Please note that as each cushion is custom made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your cushion, with an attached image showing the damage. We will then work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a refund.
We strive to dispatch your cushion within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. If you have not received a notification within this time, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that we currently only offer shipping within the UK, and we typically use Royal Mail as our courier.
