Delivery Information

UK delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Standard UK delivery is free on all online-shop orders.

Dispatch times

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within two working days. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery service

Orders are sent using Royal Mail, normally with a tracked service. Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually aims to deliver within two to three working days after dispatch, although delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking information will be provided by email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery delays

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected period, please contact us at info@adcurtainsandcushions.com and we will assist you.

Delivery addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Bespoke orders

Delivery arrangements and timescales for bespoke curtains, Roman blinds and other made-to-measure items will be agreed individually as part of the quotation and ordering process.
